Punches, elbows, knees and kicks — hitting things. Striking arts include Boxing, Karate, Taekwondo, Kung Fu (etc) and the one we focus on is the “Mixed Martial Arts” of striking that is also the preferred art for striking in the UFC, which is Muay Thai Kickboxing. It’s the “MMA” of striking because everything from every art can be done in Muay Thai but A LOT of skills from Thai Boxing can’t be done in the other arts. So you’re learning the most dynamic and devastating art for striking.
Get started with striking today — join the team, relieve some stress, get in great shape, and learn an impressive skill that you’ll have with you for life.
Looking for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, no-gi or wrestling instead? That’s our separate Grappling program — a different room, a different skill set. We also have Battle Girl Bootcamp, our women’s-only fitness kickboxing program.
Every program below is included in your two free weeks.
Beginner-friendly striking classes covering all three disciplines. No contact in Combat Core — it's technique and pad work with other beginners.
Striking done properly: footwork, pads and conditioning, with control built in from day one. A structured, coached way for kids to learn Muay Thai — not a free-for-all.
Book a Youth Muay Thai trial →Our women's-only fitness kickboxing program — real striking technique, Thai pads, and a supportive room. No contact, just pads.
Comfy workout clothes, no shoes on the mats and we have community gear available to use so you don't need anything when you come in.
Your first classes are footwork, pads and technique with a coach — not sparring. We have sparring classes so there's room to go, but no contact for beginners.
Our coaches give extra attention to those on their first day, and we have a great culture of teamwork in our facility.

No. Most adults and kids in our beginner classes have never thrown a punch or a kick before. Coaches teach to the newest person, every class.
Not to start, and not ever if you don't want to. Beginners hit pads, do footwork and technique. Sparring exists for students who choose it later, in our more advanced classes.
Shorts or leggings and a t-shirt. No shoes on the mats. We have loaner gloves and pads for your trial classes, so there's nothing to buy up front.
Boxing is hands only. Kickboxing adds kicks. Muay Thai adds elbows, knees and clinch work on top of that — it's the most complete striking art of the three, and it's what most of our classes are built around.
Two free weeks, every striking class on the timetable, no pressure and nothing to buy first.
